Recruitment professionals can offer distinctly different expertise and industry-wide insights that complement those of our members.  Together we can help organisations:

  • Understand how the sustainability agenda is key to their success strategy
  • Provide insights into what role models exist and what works, where, with which organisational models
  • Influence the design of the role
  • Identify the individual’s characteristics and attributes that fit the role

Which should lead to wider creation and adoption of appropriate, successful Sustainable Development roles and career paths.

The activities we are planning with our partners that will support this goal include:

  • Capturing and communicating our members’ learnings
  • Engaging with CxO’s to highlight the successes to date and the opportunities associated with wider adoption of SD roles
  • Engaging with HR and Talent Development professionals who help define the role and the development paths
  • Organising industry seminars and workshops on the subject
  • Working with research and publishing companies to disseminate the learnings
  • Contributing to seminars, MBA courses, University and Business School Alumini discussions
