We now have a significant number of members based in the West and we would like to examine the potential for a regional programme to complement the core activities of GACSO, the majority of which tend to be London centric.

We would like to invite you to the first regional meeting in Bristol on September 25th.

The key objectives will be to explore the interest in and support for a regional programme, how such a programme might operate, themes that we might like to see feature in the programme and how we can make sure that what we do aligns with core GACSO initiatives.  The aim is to establish a programme that will support our professional activities, raise the profile of GACSO and assist personal development.

In addition I would like to use the meeting to gain your input into the review of the document 'Defining the Corporate Sustainability Professional’, what you think of the current document and format and your thoughts on content and how it should be developed.

As well as the specific objectives for the day another key aim will be to introduce ourselves and discover more about the individual skills and expertise we have in the organisation, to this end we intend to allow plenty of time for discussion and networking after at a local venue.

Thanks to a kind offer from Lynda Simmons the meeting will be held at MITIE's offices in Bristol.

We are looking into the possibility of organising transport from Bristol Parkway station to the venue to make travel by public transport easier for you all.

Please feel free to bring a friend or colleague to help raise awareness of GACSO and promote membership.

Places are restricted so please confirm your attendance by registering, and send this link to any colleagues you wish to invite:
